Terms of Use and Licensing
Effective Date: 19th July 2025
By purchasing, downloading, or using any Vetquity digital tools, resources, or frameworks (the “Materials”), you agree to the following Terms of Use and Licensing conditions.
1. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, documents, frameworks, and associated resources (collectively, the “Materials”) are the sole and exclusive property of Vetquity and are protected by Australian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
By purchasing or accessing the Materials, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Materials in accordance with these Terms of Use. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or other use of the Materials beyond the scope of the granted license constitutes a violation of Vetquity’s intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.
You are licensing use, not buying ownership.
2. Single-Site Use License
This purchase grants a non-transferable, single-site license for internal use at one of the following:
A single-location veterinary clinic or hospital
A university department or school
A standalone training provider or RTO campus (registered training organisation)
A single corporate clinic or business unit
You may:
Share internally within your designated site or department.
Use the Materials for training, assessment, onboarding, and planning.
Print and store copies for internal staff use.
You may not:
Share, upload, or redistribute the Materials externally or across multiple sites.
Edit, adapt, rebrand, or present the content as your own.
Use the Materials in public training, consultancy, or commercial offerings.
Upload the Materials to shared learning management systems (e.g. Moodle, Canvas) accessible beyond your licensed team or cohort.
Educators, consultants, or facilitators must request a separate professional license to use the Materials in external programs or services.
This license is ongoing for internal use unless otherwise revoked due to breach of terms.
3. Multi-Site, University-Wide, or Corporate Use
If you wish to use the Materials across:
Multiple veterinary clinics or campuses
Entire veterinary schools or faculties
Corporate groups, franchises, or multi-location practices
You must obtain a multi-site or enterprise license from Vetquity.
Custom pricing is available on request—please contact alex@vetquity.com.au to discuss your needs.
4. Attribution & Branding
You must not remove Vetquity branding, copyright notices, or attribution.
When referencing the content publicly (e.g. presentations, reports, teaching materials), include the following credit:

5. Disclaimer
Vetquity Materials are designed for professional development and cultural improvement.
They do not constitute legal, medical, or HR advice. Users are responsible for local adaptation.
6. Breach of Terms
Vetquity may revoke your license for breach of terms, including:
Unauthorised sharing or duplication.
Misrepresentation or misuse.
Legal action may be taken where necessary, including continued use after termination of license.
7. Updates & Revisions
