I am genuinely impressed by the rigour and practicality of Vetquity’s Inclusion Lab Signature Series which is an incredible resource for those in the veterinary community.

Too often, organisations are offered abstract frameworks without the tools to implement them. What distinguishes this resource is its strong grounding in lived experience, sector-specific design, and actionable strategies.

Each resource—from the Disclosure Safety Framework to the Inclusive Hiring Toolkit—balances evidence-based best practice with the realities of busy veterinary workplaces. It is rare to see resources that so effectively bridge the gap between principle and practice.

I would not hesitate to recommend the Signature Series to any organisation serious about embedding inclusion in a sustainable, measurable way.
