Terms of Use and Licensing Arrangements for Vetquity Materials

Effective Date: 19th July 2025

By purchasing, downloading, or using any Vetquity digital tools, resources, or frameworks (hereafter “the Materials”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Intellectual Property Ownership

All Vetquity materials are protected by copyright and intellectual property law.
Vetquity retains full ownership of all content, design, branding, and intellectual property contained within the Materials.

You are not purchasing ownership of the materials—you are purchasing a license to use them under the conditions below.

2. License Terms

Upon purchase, Vetquity grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-use license to use the Materials within your own veterinary clinic, organisation, or educational setting.

You may:

  • Share internally within your single-site veterinary clinic, university faculty, training institution, or single-site corporate entity.

  • Use the Materials for staff training, self-assessment, planning, or internal implementation.

  • Print copies for internal use only.

You may not:

  • Share, redistribute, resell, or publish the Materials outside your organisation.

  • Upload the content to public or shared platforms without permission.

  • Edit, adapt, or rebrand the content as your own without prior written consent.

  • Use the Materials for commercial consulting, resale, or training outside your licensed workplace.

If you are a consultant, educator, speaker, or facilitator wishing to use Vetquity content in your own offerings, please contact alex@vetquity.com.au to request a licensing arrangement.

If your needs change over time (e.g. expansion, new campus, additional teams), please contact Vetquity to discuss an appropriate license upgrade.

3. Multi-Site Use and Corporate Licensing

If your organisation operates multiple locations, clinics, departments, or campuses - including universities and corporate groups —and wishes to use the Materials across more than one site or business unit—please contact Vetquity to arrange a multi-site, group, or enterprise license. University-wide use, franchise distribution, or cross-clinic sharing requires a separate licensing agreement. Custom pricing is available upon request.

4. Copyright and Attribution

You may not remove or obscure the Vetquity branding, copyright notices, or authorship.

If referencing or quoting from the materials publicly (e.g. presentations, documents, research), attribution must be given as follows:

© Vetquity – www.vetquity.com.au | Used with permission.

5. No Legal or Clinical Advice

The Materials are for educational and cultural improvement purposes only.
They are not a substitute for professional legal, HR, or medical advice and should not be relied upon as such. Users remain responsible for adapting content to their specific legal or regulatory context.

6. Termination of License

Vetquity reserves the right to revoke your license if you breach these terms. Misuse—including unauthorised sharing, duplication, or misrepresentation—may result in legal action. Continued use of the Materials following termination of the license may constitute infringement of intellectual property rights and may be pursued accordingly.
